Big shout out to SPEAR‘s Edwin Ramos!

This past weekend, Ed, one of our long-time PT aides at SPEAR’s 56th street location, was at the Eagles stadium in Philadelphia trying out for a spot on Philly’s arena football team, the Phildadelphia Soul!

He ran a 4.46 40 (which we’re guessing is super fast!), a 4.2 shuttle run and a10ft broad jump. Edwin went from 200 to the final 15 and was complimented on his route running from Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin.

Said Mr. Ramos, “Even though I didn’t make the cut the experience was amazing and I received offers to tryout for the Canadian football league and the IF. I also had the opportunity to meet some great players an coaches like Eagles head coach Chip Kelly, former safety Brian Dawkins, wide receiver Vince Papali and former quarterback Ron Jowarski.”
