SPEAR is officially moving to Brooklyn! SPEAR will be the exclusive providers of physical therapy in the newly renovated retail space of the St. George Tower located at 41 Clark Street in Brooklyn Heights. Now so many of our Brooklynite patients can be treated within even a shorter distance of their homes, a convenience they’ve been asking for (and deserve!).

The brand-new 4,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility will feature private exam rooms, a large gym space, a lower-level staff room, and space dedicated for physicians and ancillary services (massage, women’s health, vestibular therapy, etc.). The space is located conveniently next to the 2,3 lines, a short walk from the 4,5,A,C,E, Q and R lines, and just one block from the beautiful Brooklyn Heights promenade with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and downtown Manhattan.

An Experienced Leader

The SPEAR Brooklyn Heights team will be headed by our current 84th Street Director, Jimmy Olayos. This new location presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity to help the Brooklyn community of patients and physicians get back to life!

The Brooklyn Heights clinic will be open from 7am – 8pm Monday through Friday with Saturday hours coming soon. Walk-ins are always welcome, and no referral is required for commercial insurances. As with all the SPEAR locations, our Physical Therapists will treat any orthopedic condition, general aches and pains, as well as gait and balance dysfunction. We can also work to achieve fitness and weight loss goals.
